How do you draft a management contract with offshore company?


For example I want a bank account in UK to receive payouts from affiliate networks.


I create UK LTD, then go to UK bank and open business bank account


then have to make a management contract with offshore company so UK LTD can be an agent?


then charge some % on transfers to offshore ibc bank account?


Any examples of how it is done?
