Hi,

made a post about it before and i got my issue solved out.

Just out of interest:
Someone recommened me a Stiftung/Foundation, because these wouldn't have a UBO.
It might be legally correct, but how are the banks seeing it?

Besides several countries -with their pros/cons- not doing the AEOI,
how do you see the USA as "Non-AEOI" with their intergovernmental agreements?

without looking at the City of Reno yet, is it "just another" choice of offshore jurisdiction or can it be usefull in not reporting the UBO of a bank account? Will the US report?
Does this foundation structure really work with banks to avoid reporting a UBO?

Well I would like to learn more about Reno and even to find a CPA or company formation agent that know something about this!! so far I'm struggling to find anyone that is able to get me clear answers!

thanks. but are the banks accepting it or they still want to look for an UBO?
Any experience?
