Just out of interest:
Someone recommened me a Stiftung/Foundation, because these wouldn't have a UBO.
It might be legally correct, but how are the banks seeing it?
Besides several countries -with their pros/cons- not doing the AEOI,
how do you see the USA as "Non-AEOI" with their intergovernmental agreements?
