UAE RAKICC co bank account closed, cheque issued in AED... where to deposit?

I have a RAKICC company, bank account has been closed in RAK Bank. Unfortunately we have no other bank account open anywhere and RAK Bank have converted all the funds to AED (approx AED800k). Now since the shareholder is outside UAE we are stuck for a solution where to open an account and where can we deposit these funds?
