UAE / Dubai VAT returns

Hello, is a Fzco required to file VAT returns if it is qualified for VAT exemption (no business in UAE) ? If it is required, it just needs to provide "0 VAT"?

And what will be the deadlines for each quarter? i read that it was prolongated but dont know if its true.

As I was told you need to register for VAT after hitting 365k AED in‌ sales. Yes, you will basically provide "0 VAT" reports.
