I'm reading conflicting information on this topic - I am trying to figure out if i establish Dubai residency and open a bank account + company if that will be enough to have Dubai banks NOT send out CRS reports (even if i "forget" to spend 183 days there). Some said they will look the other way, while others said that they will notice if you aren't living there full time and send you warnings/possibly report to your citizenship country.
So what's the deal? Will they be happy to accept my business and look the other way if i don't always live there? And if this was just a myth that I read, is there any similar place where this can be done?
