I can't explain why you are surprised , you could just paste the wallets in any chain analysis tool and would save the time navigating through a blockchain explorer.

they wont do jack shat, its not a hollywood movie where jason borne takes own your case (which is one out of a million, so very boring for the people working in the apparatus unless your ex is a famous rich right wing n**i climate change denier).
Best shot you have is go to your western home country, apply for state benefits and say your ex does not pay the child support owed.
Otherwise youre just wasting your own time and 100x more importantly wasting your childs future for nothing which will know glowing hate and revenge from early on.
