the proof of address, the major problem for remote company with virtual address

When you have a company with a virtual office as registered office, you don't have official utility bills. (yes sometimes they sell tenancy bill).

Without a proof of address your offshore company can't
Open an EMI corporate account at revolut, transferwise
Open a business Paypal account.

I wonder how the people do it.

Do you think they but fake utility bills online and their account creation get accepted?

Utility bill would be extremly easy to fix in photoshop. Strange that it can be enough for address validation.

I would say it is easy to get documents for any company you register with any address. Really not a huge problem, most often, as already mentioned here, photoshop is your best friend and will work well. You can get a utility bill photoshopped by any guy for $5 at Fiverr or similar freelancer services.

The pros even don't use a photoshop. Let me explain to you how it is done. there are applications that allow you to "scan" PDF or jpg, find the fonts that were used and you are able to edit the invoice. For sure people online can help you find what you need.
Then, from a process point of view, the EMI companies can't contact the issuer of the utility bill. It is just approved upon visual observation of the invoice.
PDFfiller. On-line PDF form Filler, Editor, Type on PDF, Fill, Print, Email, Fax and Export allows to modify an invoice online but the fonts are often not the right ones.

So, I know someone who bought a fake invoice to open an Amazon seller account and it worked. He told me it is important to take the time to find real utility bill for businesses not for individuals as the templates are different. Sometimes some electricity companies or phone companies only work for companies as customers. Those ones are the best.
The easiest to prove the address would be to use a bank statement. Consequently, it is important to start with opening a bank account and then accounts that require tough investigation
In the past, some virtual offices provided rental agreements, it was the case in belize.
This may also be an idea.
Today, a virtual office like 1office can provide a proof of address maybe.

I talked about 1office because they offer an estonian company incorporation service where they help to get a Payoneer account. However, Payoneer needs a proof of address. So, I guess 1office provides payoneer this proof of address.
