I was wondering if anyone knew anything about starting a business in Thailand. What are some of the legal obligation, taxes, .etc? I have heard for an American starting a business in Thailand it isn't that hard but starting one as any other nationality can be difficult. They require you to go into a business with a Thai citizen and the Thai citizen own 51% of your business. Does anyone know if this is true or not?
