Tax office is asking for all information about my offshore company what to do?

Hi,


I urgently need your help because my tax office is asking for all information about my off shore company! I didn't told them that the company was belonging to me nor did I told them that I was a shareholder or director but they say it is my company and that I have to show them the companies bank account:da: What do you think I should do?


My offshore company is in Belize and I'm from Sweden!

The same from here.. Get urgently in touch with your local tax adviser and maybe‌ even pay what it may cost to get one of the large Tax and Legal‍ firms to help you. If things are structured ok and you didn't made anything that⁠ could be considered tax evasion you may be fine.

They are all located in Sweden as well as many of the major‌ offshore jurisdiction, you should be able (if you have the budget) to get your things‍ sorted out with their help.
