why is it that hackers who steal like 100 million dollars or more from online banking tend to live in countries where tax laws are lax???? it doesnt matter if they somehow deposit the money in offshore bank accounts or use monero cryptocurrency which is like bitcoin?????????? why is that? they usually live in countries where tax laws are lax for some reason. can someone please tell me. thank you.
