I'm having my business online and want to setup a HK company. My customers are outside of Hong Kong and my suppliers are mostly from China/ US, and maybe a few in Hong Kong.

Just one owner from Indonesia.

What kind of taxes do I have to pay with a HK company? I heard 0%, but I also read 16.5% for HK source? If there is any HK source is all profit 16.5% or only the HK part?

Do I pay taxes on the profit in my home country?
Will I be a employer in my own company? Will I only pay taxes on my income, so when I don't take income and leave all profits in the company i will not pay any home country tax?

Is it possible to add a partner in the future? Can we just split the HK company by 50/50 for example...all profits made in the past are shared also in that case right?

There is a huge thread here Hong Kong is a trap, a fake good offshore jurisdiction you want to read!
