Successfully Escaping from a vendetta or unwarranted criminal charges

If an ex-spouse has hired someone or there is a mob contract out on your life, don’t wait until an assassin has shot and missed. At the 1st whiff of trouble, disappear. You can always go back if the danger subsides. Follow this advice and stay safe. If you EVER want to escape a vendetta or criminal charges, the single most important thing is to be prepared for your getaway, plenty of portable assets like cash money or Bitcoin. Procure before you need them-- backup docs (like a 2nd passport) hidden but handy -- in a pack sack or old duffle bag. We call it the “Packed Suitcase Escape Kit.”

Keep at least ONE (preferably 2) Packed Suitcases (in different hidden places) always at the ready. Be prepared to say goodbye to your past at the first whiff of sh*t … At the 1st whiff of trouble, disappear. You can always go back if the danger subsides. Follow this advice and stay safe and prosperous...

Once you leave: Cut all ties! Don't leave behind any clues where you went (aside from disinformation). If you are from Canada be sure you will NEVER go back to Canada. When you disappear, leave behind a brochures and maps with bogus destinations circled in red. Mislead any tracers or sleuths towards as many false leads as you can create.

Get out of your present town or jurisdiction to a place, preferably, where there are plenty of tourists & your native language is NOT spoken. Never look back. Why? An English speaking fugitive will normally go to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or England. Across the border to Mexico or Belize are also favorites for 99 out of 100 people on the run. Jews might go to Israel. “Nobody” goes to Kosovo, Egypt, South Africa, Georgia or Bosnia. We would say, "ditch your old self." Be gone to all who ever knew you.

This kind of sudden departure or escape will be 99.999% effective unless you break the rules below. Never try to resurface unless “the coast is clear.”
Remember this!
There is absolutely NO place on earth that Big Brother’s agents or a good private investigator cannot snatch you IF you leave any good leads or contacts behind. --- If you are the least bit sloppy, assume your enemies will look for & find you...

Is it possible to disappear completely? Yes! But the main secret is to sever all ties with your former life. There was a movie starring Rock Hudson about this subject called “Seconds.” The hero acquires a new existence from a company who for a price, gives him a completely new face and life. Have a look at it for guidance. It is on free sites like Yandex or OK.RU, the YouTube of Russia.

Survival Rules?

No phone calls, emails. Absolutely no contact with anyone from your past life... No joining special interest clubs, no keeping alive favorite subscriptions; Absolutely no publications of your photos or personal info anywhere on social media. Plastic surgery is an overkill, not needed. But changing your appearance with glasses, a beard or mustache are advised. If you already have those accouterments, shave and get lazer surgery on your eyes so you can see without glasses. Keep away from Websites that you used to frequent. Disabuse yourself of any unique and former special interests like Falconry, Antique coins, guns, dogs, etc.

A complete lack of leads (or false, planted disinformation) raises your pursuers costs. Without any results, or any good leads to follow up, after a year or 2 most investigators will go after other fish. Always? NO!

If your pursuers are very, very dedicated and willing to spend big money to find you—life if there is a big reward offered.. Bounty hunters looking for bail-jumpers are the most diligent and dedicated pursuers.

You may be on a government computer data base (like Interpol) for decades, but after a few years of laying low in a foreign country, you can hope you are not valuable enough for anyone to pursue you actively any longer. This will be true, unless...

Unless you are on a “Most Wanted List” and have your picture (front and profile) floating around, and posted all over the place. Aside from that, nobody will notice you or care about your nefarious past. KEEP A VERY LOW PROFILE! Look ordinary, dress down.

Most important: Keep your big mouth shut.

Stay out of arguments and conflicts. A bar fight and subsequent arrest or detainment could be your downfall.

Be careful at border crossings...The new bio-metric passports or your required fingerprints or iris scans might give you away to your enemies. Thus, it would be best to avoid border crossings for the rest of your life.

The most danger comes from your own actions such as attracting unwanted attention.

What should you do?

Change your name. Stay away from communicating with relatives, ex-lovers or any of your past acquaintances. The most common trick of investigators trying to find you is to contact close friends or relatives: “Please pass on a message” Your pursuers will falsely claim that you are entitled to something like a court award, pardon, winning lottery ticket or inheritance. If relatives or old friends really don't know where you are, they can't be tricked by these common deceptions. Don't give anyone from your past life any way to contact you and certainly don’t contact them either!

AVOID PAPER TRAILS

  • Do everything with cash. No credit or debit cards until you get a foolproof new identity with absolutely no links to your past.
Don't have or use any phones aside from burner phones with no registration that you use sparingly & dispose of regularly.

Don't buy property, at least never in your old name.

PLAN AN ESCAPE WELL IN ADVANCE

Have your next destination/hideouts (known only to you) Arrange for at least 2 alternate fast getaways. Assets (IE. survival cash) should be in place at your next stop.

PERSONAL PRIVACY – ESSENTIAL

New acquaintances especially new lovers, drinking buddies & business associates must NEVER know of your past problems.

Bottom line:

You are very much at risk of your past resurfacing, if...

You get into any lawsuits with anyone. Note: This often leads to an exhaustive background check.

  1. If you sponsor websites on the edge of legality, like kiddie porn or frauds of any kind. By attracting heat and publicity your odds of remaining unnoticed & free are vastly diminished.
  2. You are pulled over for any traffic violations. Note: Better to give up driving altogether!
  3. Driving violations are the 2nd most frequent way fugitives are caught. The most common is betrayal is by an angry lover or spouse. Thus it is best if any new persons in your new life never knows of your past problems.
  4. Don’t copy or transmit pirate copies of books, movies, anything. Be clean as the driven snow! Note: There are lots of jealous or envious people who are anxious to be whistle blowers. Don’t give anyone anything to blow a whistle about you.
  5. Never get friendly or involved with any fraudsters, thieves, terrorists, or other lawbreakers. Heat on them will bring heat to you.
  6. Don’t do anything controversial, radical or dangerous, Taking part in a Gay Pride Parade or any protest march could be the end of your freedom or your life.
  7. Get rid of your big ego. Never brag about who you were, what you accomplished or the stuff you got away with in the past.
  8. Laying low and having 6 flags is not enough. Offshore is not enough. Leaving your homeland is not enough.
  9. What is enough? Personal privacy at all costs; a healthy sense of paranoia.
Nobody knowing where you sleep is a start. Don't drive! Never reveal your past to anyone in your new life.

Combine 100% Privacy with a clear, well informed view of what is currently going on with your old problems. Maybe you can return. Maybe not.
