Hi, my first post on the forum!

I love this community beacuse take topics that in other forums no exists.
I want to introduce my first post in a question about Credit Card Processing Service with Recurring Billing.
I want to make a movie service subscrition per month like netflix, i have used stripe for 4 months but with my 5% of chargebacks they ban my account, so i want to go on with the bussines.

So i want to know which is the alternative that you knows that can process high risk chargebacks
I read about instabill, safecharge, payline but i have not read many reviews to take action.

I see companies running this service that they are in cyprus and in brazil in they terms and conditions.
I read about offshore card processing that they are in cyprus and accepts this type of bussines

In this forums i read about gateways and merchants accounts but i dont know which is my best way to run this service normaly.

Instabill seems to be the biggest Company as it is now.. they have been around for ages and seem they have build a business that can survive in this industry of high risk payment processing.

In order to reduce the number of CB's you want to look into AntiFraud services like Maxmind and similar.

There is a bank in Cyprus that started for a few years to process credit Cards, can't remember what their name is, however, it will require you to visit them.
