A lot of members use stripe as a non-supported countries!! Just search you'll find them
VPN Doesn't do anything but change your location.
At some point you will be asked to verify your identity too, how are you going to bypass that? There's no "vpn" for that lol.

That would help you, but still you have the problem with your documents which Stripe will look at. You can actually read about a dark setup inside the Mentor Group, it's all well explained there.
