Stable offshore company for tax matters how to construct?

New to all this stuff but need to know how to construct a stable offshore company for my e-biz I don't do anything ilegal but just don't want my name to appear nor to pay tax from my business income.

What exactly is your "e-biz" ? means what are you selling and do you require‌ your customers to pay you by credit card or would Wire transfer be acceptable?

It depends very much on your business activity to for which offshore jurisidction you should incorporate‍ a company.

If you have any funny business going stay away from countries like Cyprus / EU‌ you must look in the direction of Panama, Belize or the Seychelles.

So onshore company for payment processing and offshore company to take money out without to‌ pay tax right?

Yeas thats actually how I would do‍ that... you can invoice the companies internally to avoid tax, but this need to be⁠ done carefully.
