i think they ask for an account on the same name to refund closing balane
on this forum you can or on darknet
advcash is good to convert Fiat to btc or to make third party payments, tou can make bank transferts and withdrawals cash with there card but selphy verification for this one.

Just remember a good VPN at all times 🙂

I use AirVPN, paid with Bitcoin so even if its breached there are no very hot traces of me paying.

Also Brave browser is just GREAT, the in-built Tor browser can even be used when on a VPN. Basically the best privacy you can get, with no other setup than getting that VPN and then downloading & using Brave.
