Solution for luxury concierge company

I need help creating a complete structure for my luxury concierge services business.

We are already developing this activity based in France but banking jurisdiction and taxes are slowing us down in the smooth running of our business.

With more than 1000 private clients to our credit, we offer our services worldwide thanks to our partner network by offering accommodation, car, boat, private jet rental services but also a personal shopping service and others. services as a consultant.

This year we have made a turnover of 5M euros but we have lost about half of our customers due to the untimely blockages of the French jurisdiction.

To continue our activity I would need:
- Create a new business in an offshore jurisdiction suitable for my activity, but which one?
- Find a bank
- A remote payment module (Our dedicated customer advisers collect urgent orders by phone with the customer's credit card number)
I don't want a verified by visa or secure code because it slows down sales
I don't want a stripe or other similar providers

The problem with concierge service is the high risk for charge backs.

Do your members pay a subscription?
Your also limited to countries due to the terms and conditions of the PSPs.

You need to only deal with members who are signed up and you have their KYC. That way you can mitigate chargebacks.

Use a UK LTD to get the PSP.

I know how to handle my chargeback.

I only need a person who would create my structure + bank account + remote payment module
