According to the OECD tax wedge report, Austria is the 3rd country in the oecd to tax employees (single workers) the most behind Germany and Belgium in 2022. Not that employer contribution is quite high compared to other OECD countries. This means that if you want to start a business and hire people, you should choose another country than Austria.

it's terrible but Austrians have much bigger problems in the society - look 10 months back what they were capable of because of flu?

Move to Colombia (i guess COL stands for Colombia): no taxes and cocaine! What do you want more?

So now the EU.....sorry OECD will work towards ensuring all member countries have the same level of employee taxation as Austria, Germany etc to ensure businesses don't look to employ people in cheaper countries 😉.

Another attack of Germany and Austria on the world. They can not stop trying at least every century 😉
