Simple Seychelles company for FX business possible?

Can you let me know if we can register a simple Seychelles company for FX business? I wonder if they require a license at all there😕

Not allowed without special license company or a private fund.. actually it is a complicated‌ process in the Seychelles.

Oh, are you sure? I read fee is only 500 euro for a Seychelles company‌ and you can do almost any business with it? Why not FX business?
