For your information

Setting up a company in Luxembourg has a fee of EUR 3.000 and it includes the following:

- Drafting of Statutes and bylaws
- PoA
- Certified copies of the certificate of incorporation, statutes and bylaws
- Preparation of all registration documents
- Application for the VAT
- Affiliation to the social security

Luxembourg has increased their requirements concerning economic substance due to the new economic environment and recent development on the OECD principals of transparency and information exchange. Therefore, the company to be created needs to justify some proofs of sufficient substance, we can assist you to reach all these requirements.

Some substance requirements in Luxembourg:

- Office's facilities
- Accountancy and Auditing of accounts
- EU director and shareholder
- Documentation
- Profits or financing

Our fees for a dedicated desk are EUR 1.500 per annum and related to nominee director the fee is EUR 4.000.

We charge a basic prepayment for accounting part the amount of EUR 2'000/financial year, for holding company It is usually enough.
