Shopify Stripe and forming a company

Hello, there,

I currently open a Shopify store, but I am being locked by Stripe as I am non-US nationality individual.
I plan to set up a company once the sales boosts.

Are there any companies easy to set up (including bank) and low tax?

I have searched for some US company info (Delaware/Wyoming LLC),
but it seems I need to have an accountant who is very professional in International Ecommerce tax and US tax regulation.

Can Stripe accept any other offshore companies?

Or do you suggest any agency to deal with all these for me, and please leave messages to me.

I would avoid US structure as opening bank account will be very complicated especially if ecommerce store targets non-us clients.
There are some solutions combining LP structure with Stripe which are quite cost effective.

What are the solutions combining LP structure with Stripe you mentioned ?
