Seychelles offshore company what is mandatory?

For the general interest I would like to know exactly what is required / mandatory for opening a Seychelles offshore company and what is just additional options?


While I was in the process to figure out what I needed lots of questions came into my mind.


I ordered the Seychelles company with all services:

• Company formation
  
• Registered Office
  
• Nominee Director
  
• Nominee Shareholder
  
• Phone number
  
• Bank Account in the Seychelles but also in Cyprus 2 bank accounts
  
• POA

No I will soon have a complete business setup for my purpose:hello:
