What does Company Special License stands for?


I read that with a Special License Seychelles company it is possible to do business in the areas of financial services more specific Banking and Investment services please clarify😕


Is it possible to use names like Financial Institute, World Bank, Capital Investments in the company name if it is a CSL company?


Lots of questions I know but I see huge business potential here.

I hope you have a few million $$$ which will be required to start a‌ bank in the Seychelles 😀 The time of everyone selling bank license as it was well‍ know for just 1 year ago in New Zealand is long gone.

It is not possible to open a Bank with a Seychelles CSL company, that means,‌ theoretical it is possible but the Seychelles have very strict requirements to anyone who want‍ to open a bank in the Seychelles!

Only a company with a Banking license in⁠ Seychelles can have the word Bank in the CSL Name. Seychelles has only ever licensed⁤ 2 Offshore banks. They are looking for well established name banks with seriously big balance⁣ sheets.
