Accounting records between 1st Jan 2015 to 31st Dec 2021

All Seychelles IBCs' historical accounting records dating back to 7 years prior to 31st Dec 2021 must be delivered to the entities's Seychelles registered office before 6th Feb 2022.

This has been already since 2020 known and made sure Seychelles is not a useful‌ jurisdiction to create an IBC. Just stop trading, don't renew BR and ignore this.

Even when they come to check and figure out you are not compliant nothing happens (from‍ experience). They don't have the resources to go after you and a business that is⁠ not renewed.
