For tax reasons I want to structure my business as the following:

Seychelles company will be 100% shareholder of a Cyprus Company which again will be 100% share holder in the Germany Gmbh!

So how do I go about it and can we move money between the German and the Cyprus company without tax complications?

Well, you can "move" money between the German and the Cyprus company, however, there may be tax complications with the German tax authorities if not done correctly, you will be able to pay corporate tax in Germany and only transfer the dividends to the Cyprus company where it will not be taxed and which should be completely legal.

If you have any activity in the Cyprus company which the German company make use of it is even allowed to invoice your German company from the Cyprus entity and for that part only be taxed in Cyprus (10%).

The transfer between the Cyprus and Seychelles company is at any time tax free!

I have a meeting with my local tax advisor tomorrow will want to hear what he has to say about it.
