Seychelles company be registered for VAT?

I was wondering with all the talk we had about VAT in another thread if it's possible to register a Seychelles company for VAT to avoid to pay VAT to the companies charging it when you checkout?

I can't find the thread where some guy told me that the Seychelles has already introduced VAT so maybe someone can find more information about this for me?

We can conclude there is no requirement for a Seychelles company to be registered for‌ VAT! We can also note that it is not possible to register a Seychelles company‍ for VAT is that correct or did I get confused about something here?

They can't be charged for VAT and they don't have to charge VAT so I think‌ you can get benefits by getting cheaper products to your customers somehow!
