Setting Up Company + Bank Acc with Darks

Hi Everyone

I am looking to set up a company in the Seychelles or Belize + EMI account with darks.

I just wanted to break it down in bullet form below and hopefully the more experienced of you could confirm if I am correct and maybe correct any errors or if I've left anything out:

1) Setup Mail forwarding (Such as clever mail) to get a virtual office address
2) Order Darks from auric using address from mail forwarding company (in order to receive bank card at later date)
3) Use the darks to setup Seychelles or Belize Company
4) Get a Dark Utility bill for the company again from auric
5) Apply for EMI account using said Darks including the dark utility bill (Which EMI is best /easiet for this?)
6) Get card etc sent to company address (Virtual office) which will be forwarded to me

How am I doing? Any hints or suggestions?

You summed it all nicely up. There is not much to add to the list. The agent where you setup the company most often offer a Virtual Office service with mail forwarding so you simply use their service to get the card. Means, you ask the bank to send the card to the companies address which also looks legit and it obvious and then it get send to an adress of your choice!

There is not much more to say about it.

Thanks auric. My only issue is which agent to approach. As I am using darks maybe I am limited to who I should use? When I google agents for offshore it seems to be a minefield out there

I would also like to know what agent to use with darks. A lot asks for Notarized copies of the documents as well.

I have used different agent's most often I use offshorecorpgroup.com for this purpose. Never had issues with the company setup and them

In this case, which country would you claim you are a resident of?
Then because of AEOI, if the bank account country shares information with your claimed residence country, then the residence country would find out this citizen doesn't exist? What do you do then
Or do the residence country not care to check?
Or is the information not shared because of no sharing agreement?
What if the EMI asks for a video call, what do you do then?
