When something has a good protection, it can always also be misused, the purpose to go for an offshore ibc is to protect your privacy and lower or even avoid taxes, that said, it can of course also be used for illegal stuff, but one should rather watch his back if doing so, In my best opinion I would use the offshore IBC for legal activities and find a way to reduce the taxes rather than cheating any tax authorities, this will be for the long term much better.

Agree, maybe we should say; if something works it will be misused! 🙂 Regardless what business you are into a Offshore IBC is where one should start, make it as a Holding Company that hold the shares of your local company, if you are one or another reson need a local company, og make it as a trading Offshore IBC for your online Business as well as for Investments, I ave found many ideas which I'm on a try for now. Have spend a few hours with my tax advisor who came up with some input I appreciated.
