Serbian Banks pro & cons - overseeing something?

Thanks @darkster for starting the list List of Banks, EMI's, Payment processors and BTC to FIAT institutions.

as I am serbian and therefore have a lot of trouble opening bank/emi accounts, i would like to know - what exactly I oversee here on this list - as there are several banks from Serbia (or Balkans) and I still have the opinion that they are sh*t.... but would love to hear, that they are not, as I would be directly @ this source then.
what pro/cons do they have? are they cryptofriendly or what cons do they offer? who has experience (and what kind of)?

The only reason for why they are listed there is because they are discussed on the forum in various threads already or because someone suggested them to be listed.

Personally I think EMI's like ePayments, TransferWise and Mister Tango are more safe to use and I stick around with EMI's only.

i prefer transferwise but the issue when you want payment gateway some of them refusing them and ask for regular bank
