I have someone picking documents from my office in Cyprus and delivering to Moscow through Armenia. Don't know if they do other stuff like jewelry.

@JohnnyDoe ,

ship to UAE by whatever courier and from there every MEA Courier Service still delivers to Russia.

Aramex for example.

I have recently received a shipment from Russia to EU, it went through state owned post. Not sure how they got it there, from Moscow to here, however the customs for some reason sent it back, again through normal post. Each direction took about a month.

Not quite sure why the customs returned it, I think they weren't too happy with what was inside, but they didn't even bother to call me.

A friend of mine needs to send some small jewelry from a EU country to his girl in Russia (Moscow). Postal service and DHL no longer ship to Russia because Ursula so decided.
Anyone got a quick fix? Like a dropship in a free country?
The minibus is not feasible.

Consider using CDEK EXPRESS. Its one of the most popular services in Russia.

Although I cant guarantee they will be ok with jewelry
