Personally I like warez-host.com Offshore Servers. They have been a wonderful host. Their network and server uptime is really great - 99.9% is correct!
This host seems to be geared towards the professional team and they are still friendly and helpful to a novice such as myself.

I was aware of only 5 minutes downtime (if that) in the first 6 months I've been dealing with kvchosting.net web host. The price is more than reasonable.
