I am planning to launch an affiliate website focused on gambling, operating from Germany. As you may know, promoting online casinos without a German license is prohibited under current regulations. Therefore, it is essential for me to build and operate the site in a fully anonymous manner.
At the initial stage, the site is not intended to generate profit. The main goal is to grow traffic and test the concept. Monetization would only begin once a stable flow of visitors is achieved.
My current idea is as follows:
The aim is to ensure that while the earnings are taxed (initially in Germany), the origin of the revenue ”“ specifically from non-licensed casinos ”“ remains obscured to avoid legal complications.
Does this approach seem viable to you, or would you suggest a better alternative?
I already have experience in the affiliate marketing space but not within this kind of legal "gray area." That's why I'd appreciate any feedback, potential pitfalls, or suggestions you might have ”“ especially regarding privacy, compliance, and long-term sustainability.

- The entire setup ”“ including hosting and domain ”“ will be handled anonymously, using privacy-focused payment methods such as Monero (XMR) - without any company structure at all.
- Any potential income will be accepted in cryptocurrencies only, with no connection to personal bank accounts.
- If and when the project becomes profitable, I would establish an offshore company structure to serve two purposes:
- To keep my identity as the operator concealed.
- To enable proper and legal taxation of profits.
