What you think guys, about property on Antigua? It's actually not so interesting to waste 200k now just for passport. IMO much more interesting to spend 300-400k on some part of the hotel in Antigua, or part of the villa or something like this, that will bring at least 2% /year.

In general, I do not think the real estate options for CBI are particularly compelling. Most of the "approved" properties are a poor value for the money, and if the project is still being built out you are gambling that it will be completed. You are probably just better off writing the check and making the donation.

One more thing to consider: while acquiring any of these passports gives you freedom of movement and residence within the OECS states, each nation has what is called an "alien landholder permit" that any foreigner buying property (including nationals of other OECS states) must apply for. It takes months to get, and can be as high as 10% in Grenada + 15% transfer tax. So if you actually are planning on relocating, pick the one you wish to live on.
