Searching for a cheap offshore host to open a research chemical store

i am looking for an afforadable offshore host based in russia, china, seychelles with 1 gb webspace for opening a research chemical store. the products i want to sell are in the grey marked, most of them, but there are so many law changes that i want to stay safe with my shop. any ideas which host is safe and not too expensive (as i wrote i don't need much space or bandweight). thank you for your answers and i apologize for my bad english. cheers
