Account can't be opened with Passport only. They require a short term serbian residence certificate from the police or hotel you are staying at. They don't provide a debit card for EUR accounts. )

You will need to use Google Translate or Chrome to translate this bank in Serbia.

It is not the best banking solution available at OffshoreCorpTalk but if you are prepared to visit a lawyer in Serbia it may be a good option.
