That's a very odd thing that Ferratum is saying. They say they are building a‌ new app and hence have to close all accounts and basically stop all mobile banking‍ services while they do this conf/(%.

I think they plan to use current bank architecture and technical , and change the‌ name (because of some grey history in 2018). They will close and reopen on new‍ brand (same cto?)
