Im from Hungary. I have an Estonian tech company and we created a new pay per view digital platform. We are in the pre-launch stage. So when users join to our website, they can buy content and after the successful payment they can see the contents.
My question:
Im Hungarian citizen. I have Estonian company. We will pay VAT in EU for European countries based on customer country. Its clear.
However what happens if my customers joined and make a payment from US? I know that not exist VAT in US, but exist sales tax.
We have to collect and charge payments with sales tax of states? or not?
