Requesting information on forming an offshore company

My partner and I would like to get some more information on setting up an offshore company for an online pharmacy business. I reside in the US and my partner lives in India. This is a new venture and a new partnership. We would had some questions on which country would be the most suitable for our business venture and would like to speak with some one some additional details on costs, best jurisdiction, ease of payment processing, lowest tax rates.

Well it's gonna to be complicated to get you anything else then the company. Actually‌ there may be no issues to incorporate any offshore company i.e. Belize, BVI, Seychelles, Cyprus,‍ Panama etc. the problems will be when it comes to a bank account and /⁠ or merchant account..it is almost impossible to place such business with any reliable banking solution.⁤
