Renting in Netherlands

Hello!
Does anyone have a contact that would help with renting an apartment in Netherlands without me being registered there.
I was thinking of setting up UK Ltd with nominees and renting the place through company, but what proof would agencies or landlords want to see?
Anyone has any experience with this.

If it's not indefinite or very long-term, set up an Airbnb business account and rent through the company that way. Used to be quite easy; not sure if Airbnb has made it more difficult in response to tightening regulations.
