T trevor New Member Sep 10, 2012 14 0 161 Sep 10, 2012 #3 If you don't pay and the company has a bank account then you get troubles. The bank will ask once in a year for a Certificate of Good Standing and this you can't get if you don't renew, so your offshore bank account will be closed:boom:
