Renewal fee of Seychelles company why pay it when company is registered?

I got a quote from a CSP who told me that I have to pay the renewal fee after the company in the Seychelles has been registered????


Why do I have to pay this fee already?

Usually you have to pay this fee once the 12 months have past and not when the company has been registered 🙂

If you don't pay and the company has a bank account then you get troubles. The bank will ask once in a year for a Certificate of Good Standing and this you can't get if you don't renew, so your offshore bank account will be closed:boom:

If you don't pay the fee on time your Seychelles company will be in "bad standing" and you will face penalties before the company get closed.

Why will the bank be informed and why will the bank at all ask for if the Seychelles company is in good standing?
