Can I remove my consent from the bank so they won't share my data, details and transactions with 3rd parties eg another banks without court order ?

when you opened the account did you read the fine print? it depends on where you bank, with some banks its just a matter of editing your personal preferences . Something you can do on your online banking by opting out of such things. I read about the concept of open banking being introduced in the UK a while back and it entailed your bank sharing your bank account details including transactions by other service providers be it your insurance, gas etc. Basicaly its to enable them give you better rates cause of transperency but you can easily go and opt out anytime. I for one, i dont think its a good idea , cant dare allow it!
