Hey guys,
Did 100k profit yearly in germany and will now move the country. Due to a form of exit tax and an existing double tax treaty it would be best for me to move to cyprus (EU) set up a limited and own another offshore company (Seychelles) to pay dividends from Seychelles with 0% tax to cyprus. The cyprus limited would only be needed to get the Non-Dom there and my operating profits come from my existing US LLC anyways.

The issue is that its 1. relatively expensive setup 2. Seychelles is a gray zone jurisdiction 3. I dont really need those companies as my operating profits come from an US LLC anyways.

What would you guys do differently? My tax advisor says perpetual travelling is not safe, especially considering i still want to stay 5-6 months a year in germany.

Staying 5 months in Germany is never safe.
About Cyprus, you could structure it with an offshore company and paying dividends and salaries with only 2,65%
Here they explain the requirements and how this could match with the 60 day rule:

I can barely make out what he is saying to be honest

You benefit of Cyprus IP box taxation. If you earn income on your IP, you pay 20% of the original corporate income tax.
