Are the BVI still attractive to investors of land?

I found the below link with a document for the registration of a BVI company,‌ does it mean we don't need any agent to help with this procees?

Thank you for sharing, it's still required to have someone local to open and register‌ the company for you! Other than that, it's a very old you reopened here 🙂
