Redemption in Taxes

Is there any country, which dismisses the tax of the person doing an offshore business?

I read in another thread that if you are not fom the UK and you‌ move there but have ALL your business offshore you don't pay personal income tax there‍ for the first 7 years. According to that information thousands foreigners are doing so.

Oh yes, that's what I was looking for. Some kind of rebate from a native‌ country. I would be now moving to UK, if no other prob arises. 🙂
