Recommend an agent for an off shore company registration

I want to open a company in a tax haven that doesn't ask for annual‌ returns. I don't want to open a bank account.

what do you need the company for?‌

Or do you don't care what company you buy if it just don't ask for‍ annual reports?

1. I prefer a tax haven with nominees⁠
2. I need it for privacy reasons
3. The no annual reports part is because⁤ I am tired of bureaucracy
