They got more strict with onboarding. Documented US presence (customers, suppliers, employees) is required. See: Verifying your Business in the US

About my attitude to Wise/Revolut you can read here If Wise is going to close accounts and is not the best, how diversify the money? in long; for the business case discussed here I'd recommend e.g. Verifo at the first place.
