I received paypal payments the last 2 weeks, most of them went through without troubles but 3 of the show status PENDING - what does this means?
I looked up the question on Google to see if I can find an answer but there is nothing useful there, the account is not new, there has almost be no complains and it is also not flagged high risk.
What do you think can be the reason for it?
The last week I tried to pay a huge company by PayPal, my payment showed pending to them too?!! It was from a total different PayPal account not connected at all to this one. Could it be that PayPal has to hold a ration real money VS digital PayPal money. If they have not enough in CASH they start refusing to accept PayPal money from new customers and even make payments pending to keep up with the ratio?
