Real darks vs. fake darks, what are real darks?

Can anybody explain, what are real darks? fake darks seems to be clear for me, but real one not.
If i have for example german real darks, and the bank where i banking (EU) report the my account balance at and of the year to the german tax office, will they find real person with this name and TIN(Tax identification number) and he or she will be asked, why doesn't declared the funds on the account where he or she regarding the bank UBO is?

In theory, these “German darks” would need to prove that it is not their income, maybe some lawsuit will be initiated

As I understood from the forem: “darks” are stolen personal documents and “real darks” are hired nominees, who act as UBO

real darks = stolen documents
darks = fake documents or photoshopped documents

So there is a mix of real and normal darks where you use stolen documents and photoshop them to match your photo and where it this way is possible to open real bank accounts and EMI accounts.

it is very important to use real dark with banks or emi to get approved. The key number you got on each passport is very difficult to create , and for me impossible.
I have asked similar question yesterday and made some research but the problem is that i don't really know my directors to ask them directly 😎 .

@Admin had to double check we are in mentor group to answer you 😛.
I mean darks, are mostly stolen. So i don't know my companies directors personally to ask them.
