They are a good alternative High Risk Payment processor, however, they look to me a little lazy since they don't want to go through a extensive email we send them with all details they also ask for in their application, no, they want you to signup regardless what and then make a decision.

Can be a waste of time, but if it is your last chance you may spend time and complete...
