RAK offshore and RAK Free zone cooperation

I need help.

1. If I have RAK offshore company and my client is registered in RAK Free Zone company, do I have to pay some tax for such cooperation?
2. Can I buy a sailing boat in abroad and register onto my RAK offshore company?
